Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

When I sign in my account it’s like I no longer have access. It’s like it wants me to activate a whole new account under my log in info. I have tried entering my current eSIM and it says already in use.. Any idea what’s happening or what to do.  ?

hi @WastingMyTimeTe 

have you checked with PM?  It is only a login issue and shouldn't affect your service. PM would be able to resolve this quickly after you send them a ticket
