I switched over to Public Mobile and first two weeks my phone worked fine, then suddenly I cannot receive calls (goes directly to voicemail) and I cannot receive any text. This doesn't help when you need your phone for work. Please help

@locagi can you confirm that the voicemail is at least reaching your public mobile voicemail, and not possibly your previous carriers voicemail? (Just in case your number port-in was undone or something...)
Reset any unconditional call forwards by dialing: ##21#
Reset any conditional call forwarding by dialing: ##004#
Make sure settings in phone like DND or "block all calls not in phone book" are not set...

Hello @locagi ,
Try the below:
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reboot your phone

Are you able to call out and text out? data working?
Maybe check to make sure that "do not disturb" function was not accidentally turned on.
Try rebooting your phone. Network reset.
If that does not work, you can also try your SIM card in another phone to help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.
