Hi, I switched to Public Mobile 3 days ago from Rogers. My outgoing calls and data work fine, but I cannot receive incoming calls or SMS — all calls go directly to voicemail. I also cannot log into my account because SMS verification codes are not arriving. I already sent a private message to CS_Agent about this issue, but I haven’t received any response. It seems like my number port is stuck. Could someone please check the port status and complete the transfer? Thank you.

@Angidrit You can try the porting team to verify for live assistance and re trigger the port request if needed

but if they can’t help and since you already submitted ticket with support
