SPAM message son public community

Anybody else keep getting spam messages on community? Have any ideas on how to make it stop?

  1. Report spam messages: If you receive a spam message, report it to the Community's moderators or administrators. They can take appropriate action to prevent the sender from continuing to spam the Community.

  2. Create strong passwords: Ensure that you are using strong passwords for your account and avoid sharing them with others.

  3. Avoid clicking on suspicious links: Be cautious when clicking on links from unknown sources, as they may lead to phishing sites or malware.

  4. Keep your software up to date: Make sure that your software, including your web browser, is up to date with the latest security patches to minimize vulnerabilities that spammers can exploit.

  5. Be cautious about sharing personal information: Do not share personal information on the Community that could be used for spam or phishing, such as your email address or phone number.

By taking these steps, you can help reduce the amount of spam messages you receive on the Community.

Occasionally span in Community does happen. You can report it and user will be deleted by agent.

Nothing you can do about it and it is recognizable as ID is firstname_lastname which nobody uses here.

You can click the lower gear icon on the spam and Report it Inappropriate so the CS_Agent will take care of the sender for you.

@cbenny13  - others received spam inbox messages too sometimes. Just be careful not to click any links in the message and report it. Then delete if from your inbox.

Private messaging can be disabled, but generally this isn't recommened because customer support agents will not be able to contact you unless you re-enable the feature.

@cbenny13  It’s a public forum and can’t make it stop just don’t click the links and ignore it
