SOS

I recently put my SIM card back in after being out of the country. But I keep getting SOS on my iPhone. I tried rebooting and other basic suggestions but nothing helps. I can’t send or receive calls.

Whether you’re just getting back from a trip or swapping out a travel SIM, troubleshooting your connection shouldn't feel like a chore. Here is a more polished, professional, and easy-to-follow version of your instructions. Ensure any overseas physical SIM cards are removed and any international eSIM profiles are turned off. Confirm your Public Mobile SIM is inserted correctly. Switch your phone to Airplane Mode for 30 seconds, then turn it off. This forces your device to scan for the nearest Public Mobile tower. If you are still offline, you may need to go into your phone's settings and perform a Network Reset.

If you still require assistance, reach out to customer support.

@Motohachi you sure you account is active and not suspended due to non payment?  Login My Account and check

If account is active, make sure you remove your travel sim card or travel esim. Check and remove VPN profile from the VPN screen.  Make sure PM sim is enabled and set as Primary.  Then Reset Network Settings after a device reboot
