Transferred from Fizz to PM. Data and phone calling/answering are all ok. But regular SMS(iMessage works) not working

using Android? if you are , uninstall Google Message, Reboot phone and Reinstall Google Message and test
Can receive inbound calls
you port in phone number? can you confirm if you can receive inbound calls? I wonder if the port was still not completed
