Cannot submit a ticket

I have trouble activating my number. I filled out everything but cannot submit a ticket.

Can someone help?

Sent it yesterday still no  response and cannot submit a ticket now.

If you are porting your number over from another carrier. Your old account must be active and you need to reply to the confirmation text with YES from your old carrier with  the old SIM in your phone.
