It's been almost 1 and a half weeks since I been using public mobile and my SMS Text messages aren't working. I'm not able to Recieve any messages neither am I able to send any texts. Need help as soon as possible.

Are you able to make phone calls? Did you try resetting your network settings?

you port your number into PM?
did you remove the old carrier sim card?
and you use Android or iPhone? Try uninstall Google Message if you have an Android, Then reboot the phone and reinstall Google Message
