I recently changed my plan, and since then I am unable to send or receive SMS at all.
My account status shows Active, and I have signal and data working properly.
Where could I ask for help check and refresh/reset my SMS provisioning on the backend?

Hi I reboot and click reset settings already. But still not working 😣

try Reboot phone and then click Reset network settings and test
if you have an Android, try uninstall Google Message, reboot and reinstall it and make sure to set it as the default messaging app
