Suddenly, yesterday my account was not active and PM is asking for payment. I have had this account for 2 years and have a current CC on file and my account says that I am subscribed and my usage is not over - I have used 2 GB of 6 GB. I toggled airplane mode and turned the phone on and off and I cannot make any telephone calls. Has this happened to anyone else?
I work from home so this is incredibly frustrating.

Thanks, I submitted a ticket. How is it a sign in issue? I can sign in fine and my account if up to date
