SMS not working

I started a number transfer from Bell to Public Mobile yesterday. I received the confirmation text from Bell at 6:09 PM and replied “YES” at 6:11 PM. However, my phone still says “SIM not provisioned” and I can’t send SMS. Can someone please confirm if the port is stuck or help push it through?

So you can get incoming calls from others, just not sms?

Did you try a restart of your phone?
