Hello,
I'm seeking help regarding my issue. To travel for a few months, I switched sim cards and stored my public mobile sim card at home.
But upon my return to Canada, I couldn't find the public mobile sim card again, so I paused my plan. I just found the sim card again, a bit after the allowed 90 days. I can connect to my account but can go the the settings to resume my plan.
Is there any way I can resume the plan now, even if it's 90 days after I initially paused my plan?

The account has been permanently closed if it has been 90 days, and you would need to buy a new SIM card and get a phone number.
Since you're reporting that you can still log into your Public Mobile account, this indicates that it might not yet be 90 days. Making a payment enough to cover the plan fees should resume the service.
