SMS messages to Android phones

Cannot send SMS messages to Android phones. Have reset my network settings. Toggled airplane Mode and powered phone on off on, but still cannot send SMS

Solution was to buy a new eSim for $5. This solved the issue immediately.

yes, the "waiting for activation" could take time, just leave it there 

but if it still does not activate after 4 hours, reboot phone, and try again

SMS/MMS is selected. RCS says "Waiting for Activation"

make sure SMS/MMS settings is enabled

also, enable RCS as well

What phone do you have?
Do you use Native SMS app or 3rd party app.

I have no issue sending/receiving SMS from/to Android/iPhone but I use Android Native SMS app. Not 3rd party gimmicks.
