I have not received my sim card, ordered Dec 31. My husband got his and I ordered his after mine.

Sometimes that happens. You can reach out to a CS Agent and get a replacement sent out to you but honestly, it may take way too long again and let's face it, I'm sure you're excited to get your new plan going. Here are 2 ways to get one ASAP. Just know this, if you do go this route, all you have to do is reach out to a CS Agent and show them you purchased one and they will gladly credit your account, minus taxes. It's that easy.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here
But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

ask PM and see if they will resend you another one or if they allow you to pick up one from stores
