@CS_Agent I need to cancel an account I cannot get in too as I cannot receive a onetime password.

hi @Benny94 if you cannot login to cancel, simple ask PM support agent to help to remove the credit card ,you can  submit by direct message:

try click Didn't Receive Code and the Send email 

if no such option or that doesn't work, ask PM to help

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here
