SIM to eSIM

I have been have using physical SIM card. I will change to eSIM. Do I have to purchase it? If so Can I buy it with my Public Mobile reward point?

Do I have to purchase it? - YES. $5 for the first one and free after that.

Can I buy it with my Public Mobile reward point? - No BUT you can purchase a $20 bill credit and use $5 of those credits to purchase an eSIM.

Side note, if you have an iPhone, you can convert your SIM card to an eSIM within the phones settings. Just know, if you lose the phone and require a new eSIM, it will cost you $5.

Yes, you have to buy the  eSIM

It cannot be redeemed with reward points directly, but you can redeem 20 points for $20 bill credit and then use the credit to buy eSIm

To rebuy new eSIM , first, download the app on your new phone and login.  If you have problem with receiving 2FA code, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend code" and choose either Send email or Send voice message

Once logged in, Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM. 

Once it confirms your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $  and Install
