I ordered a sim card online on Feb 19 and till today, I still have not received the sim card. My account was charged. Can you please check your system and make sure the sim card was shipped, please?

Not even 3 weeks from February 19 to today.

Usual delivery time is 5-10 business days but some experienced even way longer delivery time.
Wait a week or two more and then ask for replacement or refund from agent.

hi @jordan_kamga Sim card order could take 3 weeks. But , it is almost one month now. Submit ticket by messaging them and ask for update
