SIM not working

I updated my iPhone to IOS 26 a week ago and ever since I haven’t been able to send messages or contact anyone. My data is also not working anymore even though im paying for it. I have contacted public but received no response. I can’t cancel my number because all of my stuff is under this number. This is the worst customer service ever!! Hoping someone knows how to fix this.

Iv’e submit multiple tickets in the span of 1 week and still no reply. I factor reset my phone and still nothing is working.

hi @keshapatel1 try Reboot and Reset Network Settings first

if fails, try to re-register iMessage.  Go to Settings and remove the phone number first, wait 15 mins and reboot phone. go back Settings and add phone number back 

Last, ask PM to refresh the account , please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@keshapatel1  Maybe try rebooting the phone or reset network settings see if that helps , but since you already submitted a ticket
