SIM not working

I purchased 2 SIM cards.

One worked perfectly the second won't work. I've tried 2 phones and the SIM won't work in either phone.

but they both used for new activation ?  

if you tried to activate 2 accounts using the 2 sims and one is not connecting at all, it is likely a sim provisioning issue.  Easy fix for PM support but you need to engage them by direct message here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

They are two seperate accounts

are you using the second sim card to activate a new account? or you are using it on an existing account (like you lost the previous sim card and use this 2nd one as the replacement sim for that account)?

Depending on the phone, if it was previously used, you may need to reset the network settings. You will lose any Wifi saved spots and passwords and your blue tooth connections. Once you reset your network settings, reboot. See if that works.
