I went through all the activation steps properly but my SIM card didn't activate. Where/what would I do to retry that? I retried on the activation page but it wouldn't let me because I already hav an account now.
Yes my phone is compatible and unlocked. Yes I reset everything multiple times. I tried the lost/found thing and made sure my account was paid up. I also tried the SIM on another (unlocked/compatible) phone but it didn't work so I think it's a problem with the SIM itself not beig activated?

@bgWillis You will need to send a private message to the moderators to help take a look at your account. Include your phone number, account pin and e-mail address, and also what you wrote above in your message and they will give you the help you need.

Sounds like the only option now is to reach out to the moderators for their assistance. Give them as much discription of you issue as you can. Here's a link to get you there:

Was your credit card charged? Did you port from another company or try a new public mobile number.
If credit card was charged, you will need to contact moderator. Something went wrong with activation.
