Hi, so I ordered a SIM from you guys to be shipped to me because I want to switch to you guys from Freedom but even after a week it hasn't arrived. My Freedom plan now rolls over as of today, and when I purchased the SIM from you guys I already paid for the first month of phone plan so now - am I going to be stuck paying both you and Freedom for this month?
How can I make it so that my services don't start until next month instead with you guys? Also, is there any way to get tracking info for my SIM?
Thank you!

hi @ashi113
when you placed the order? Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here
But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

Hello @ashi113
First, your Public Mobile plan doesn't start until you register the SIM card. Second, a SIM card can take 10 business days. Once those 10 business days are up and you haven't received your card, contact Public Mobile this way.
If you’re unable to log in to your account, please use this direct link to reach out to a CS Agent.

A Customer Service Agent will reply to your community inbox here:

During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.
EDIT: To add to my post, I understand your Freedom Mobile rolls over today. Don't worry about it. You have 90 days to register your SIM card. I would recommend using Freedom until a few days before the roll over and then register your PM card and port the number over. This way, you're not out anything.

SIM order can take 1 to 3 weeks.
But since you waited this long already, you can confirm with PM and make sure they have fulfilled the order, or ask them to either resend another one, or arrange for getting another one in person from a local Telus, or Koodo store and then reimburse you the cost
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
