SIM card

Hallo, I ordered a SIM card 10 days ago and I still didn't receive it. Also on the Page where I should be able to follow my order it does not update the delvery status for days. Is there an email adress that I can contact to get details about the Staus of my tracking?

PM will take up to 10 days before they ship your SIM out. As noted by others, it is up to Canada Post to deliver to your place but it may take up to 3 weeks.

Ordering sim card could take as many as 3 weeks to receive.  It is long  😞

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
