If you have physical SIM card just pop pit out and stick it into new phone.
Use adapters if needed.
If you try to move eSIM you will have to ask for a new one from PM (it should be free) and transfer number to new one and install it into new phone.

What was the issue? If it is a size issue, look carefully, the sim card itself has frames to remove to make it smaller, Nano size, for new phones
