I lost my SIM card, how can I order a new one and keep the same number

Buy one in person from a Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink store. Make sure you get a Public Mobile sim card
Then login My Account and go to Profile page to update the sim card number. For 2FA during login, click Didn't receive code or Resend code and get the code via email
If you cannot login My Account, ask PM to help to update
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

You can pick one up at a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store or order from Amazon for $10 or from Canadian Cell Supplies for $5 online.
Then login to your account and at the Account tab-Change Your SIM Card to transfer your account to the new SIM.
