Hi I’m try to set up my account but I can’t get in to thd Apple Store to down load the public mobile app to get E sim as thd phone I had use do I don’t have anymore and I can’t change password any other way

You need App Store that links to Canada to download the app
You can first use the browser to start the activation and get to payment step
After payment , ask PM agent to help to complete the activation and they can help to get an eSIM for you
