Hello, I ordered a new SIM card in 7 January 2025 and got a purchase confirmation. I still haven’t received the SIM card by mail. What should I do?

You can also pick one up at a Mobile Klinik store for $10 or order online from Canadian Cell Supplies for $4 (pickup is offered in the Mississauga/Oakville area).

supposed to be just Corporate Telus or Koodo store for $10, you can find the store using this link:

It can take up to 3-4 weeks to get in the snail mail. There is no way to track it. Here is how to get a SIM card faster.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

Don't worry about the cost. Just send the receipt to a CS Agent and they will gladly refund the amount to your account as a credit.... minus the taxes.

could take up to 3 weeks to get it via Canada Post. If there's a Mobile Klinik in your area, they have 'em for $10. Amazon has 'em for about $5 and ship fast.
