I still have not received my SIM card and it has been a month. What should I do ?

You can also purchase one from Amazon.
Don't worry about the fee you pay for the SIM card. You can reach out to a CS Agent via the ChatBot and they will refund your account the cost you paid.

Here's what I would do @TasneemLatrache
Ask the customer support agents where it might be, then if they might agree to refund it and you pick one up at a corporate Telus or Koodo location.
They have done this for others.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@TasneemLatrache That’s to long you can buy one from Telus Koodo store or order from amazon $4.99 there and ask support to reimburse you .
or send out another
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support to fix
