its more than 10 working days already and I have not received neither any mail nor my SIM card. what's going on?

once you receive your PM sim you'll be able to activate a new Public Mobile account for cell service. You'll need to download the free PM app to fully activate account. You'll need a valid Mastercard or Visa debit card to activate the new account as well. (If you don't have credit card yet, go to Canada Post and get pre-paid debit...most retail outlets have them as well.)

can you tell me more about pm sim, I'm new in Canada and does not know how most things work here.

@Ugolinoit could take up to 3 weeks for delivery via Canada Post. ..but as it's been at least 10 days, use this link to message Customer Support for confirmation.
