Hello,
With the promotion the SIM card was to be free however I had to travel an hour away and pay for it. I was expecting a credit for it when I signed up however that did not happen.
Please advise.

the promo musta been with PM supplying the sim either via mail or esim. Read the promo detail to confirm.
