I ordered a SIM card online at the first of December, and still haven't received it. Probably shouldn't take this long... what do I do? It was paid for through paypal.

hi @mimmo your right but you have to send to them look to your order Detailed explanation of specific your issue them can help you a lot can told them to team looking for your orders to give you a tracking number

@Anonymous since the orriginal poster is still waiting for a sim card which means they probably do not have an account or pin etc.
the order number from the sim purchase along with name and email should be enough for the mods to track the shipment.

@lmoore same thing happened to me when I ordered my SIM. The mods did a great job of resolving it so it should be pretty straight forward.
Depending on where you live, there may be a kiosk around that could also help get you in sooner.

Send mods your order number and they can track it.
How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?
- Please contact the Community Moderator Team to get gelp with you account.
- They are Public Mobile support employees who can help with your issue (More details).
- Click here to send them a private message.
In your message please include:
- PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue
Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:
- Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount
How long until they reply?:
- Office Hours: Mon-Thursday 9am to 9pm, and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time].
- Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
- Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
