it’s been over 10 days I haven’t received my sim that I as ordered the order was put in on mar 14. I had ordered it since I’m referring a friend but so far the sim has not arrived.

Hi yes I have tried that but I get a error message on that link 404 error I have tried to clear my cache but still no luck with submitting the ticket

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
