The estimated delivery date was 19th March but it's not been delivered passing way over the specified date.
I tried to contact the CS agent many times but never available.
All I wanna do is either get a refund or get a SIM card.

is there a Mobile Klinik in your area...if so, buy a PM sim and activate your acct. Then message Customer Support and request credit to your acct for that purchase.

sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks
but don't wait longer, check with PM agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
