I ordered a sim card online and wanted to know how to track the delivery or will public mobile notifty me via email when it has been delivered?

@kimsinw  if it has been over 10 days since you ordered the SIM card and you have not yet received it, contact CSA by submitting a message(ticket) to them here:  Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)

You won't received an e-mail from Public Mobile after delivery. Someimes, Public Mobile provides tracking within an e-mail message after shipment, but this does not always happens. Someimes, Public Mobile even sends SIM cards using untrackable mail.
