Why did my $10 SIM card, with free shipping, plus HST cost $14.69? How do I get a refund?

@woolfcoop to get a refund contact the moderators and explain overcharged for SIM card. Double-check your statement you may have the $11.30 charge somewhere else.
But that charge is for a 15.00 plan minus autopay 2.00.
13.00 x1.13 = $14.69

It should cost $10 + tax.
