My public mobile SIM card seems to have stopped working. My device shows as having no SIM. I’ve tried other SIM cards in my phone to confirm it’s an issue with this one and not my phone, and I’ve tried every other support step I’ve found online.

You can go to telus/ Koodo store and buy new public mobile physical SIM card or order one from Amazon can be found on Amazon for $4.99 then log into your public mobile app and band go to account page and notice “ change your SIM card “ tab it and follow prompts and you will keep same phone number and plan
