SIM card activation, payment and no access to account

I activated a sim card 

Got a phone number

Got a security question and made a 4 digit pin

And I paid for it with a 25 dollar payment voucher. 

After all that it's saying my email is wrong and my payment voucher is used. I can't get into my account or use my phone.

activation took sometime with me as well I even called Telus to help me it’s a long shot but maybe they will help .good luck

@mandykaren  - are you using a voucher to activate the SIM card? IF so, and you are getting an error it was already used then you likely did not activate or had an account created.

 

When you insert the SIM, and reboot your phone, do you get any services whatsoever?

 

When did is say payment voucher is used? IF you just purchased it, perhaps it is not fully activated yet. It has been reported before that some vouchers take some time after purchase to be activated and ready to use.

@mandykaren What about a Welcome email? Check all your email accounts in case you used an alternative email. Did you try the sim card in your phone? Does it work? Can you make or receive calls and text?

I can't it's saying my email is invalid and I know it's not

Did you get a welcome text from Public mobile?  Or a welcome email from Public mobile?  

What happens when you put PM Sim card in the phone?  

 

Your activation might have failed.  You could try again, but maybe wait approximately one hour. Try to clear cache, incognito mode or different web browser.

Login to your Self Serve account and see if voucher payment was made.

Double check that voucher number you entered was correct.

Go back to the retailer for a refund.

If all fails, contact a PM CS_Agent by clicking on the SIMon chat button and type in Create a Ticket then follow the prompts.

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
