SIM card activation failed. Tried to activate again and was told the SIM card was in use. But the SIM card still shows not registered yet. Help.

Buy a sim card instore and contact them again to credit your account the amount of the replacement card.

But what about the payment? The credit deduction already happened. I cannot believe I even bought a new phone for this issue...

It is nothing unusual to ask you to buy a new sim card.
Sim cards can only be activated once. If the activation failed , the card was used and cannot be reactivated.
Just remember to ask PM to reimburse the cost for the new sim card

I was in the middle of the activation when it failed on May 27, 2026. This is a common problem of your SIM card. My credit card is connected to this SIM card. The payment has been made and the card is activated, but it is not working. I paid for a new cell phone and your SIM Card is still not working. My credit card is deducted for a subscritpion while I have no activiated number . I submitted the ticket with the SIM CARD no the agent told me to buy a new SIM card. What's wrong with that agent? So frustrating. Can anyone contact me?
