I activated my sim card today and ported my number over from WIND. The transaciton summary says "Sorry, your account activation request has failed. Please vist our online comunity at..." However, I did get a public mobile email with my activation details after registering.
I tried logging in but it didnt work. I also tried forgetting my password but it says "email address is not verified"
Please help!

Your account is partially activated. It's a glitch that happened with me too but @Mary_M was able to fix it. I tagged her, so she would be able to assist you. Don't worry, it's a simple issue and can be resolved. Cheers.
