SIM card not recognized by the device/cell phone. Tried using the SIM card in multiple deviced but no luck.
Looks like SIM card got corrupted. Please assist urgently as I am not able to make or receive calls from my cell number.
I have also verified the last digits mentioned on sim card with my profile and they are matching.

Have you possibly had a credit card problem and the bank did chargebacks on charges that might have included here?

It was purchased from public mobile (delivered by mail) years ago. Will try calling the number provided

its android phone not from canada but public sim card was working for years and stopped working from yesterday. The device is not a problem as another sim card works well.

@KKKA - where did you receive the SIM card from? Ensure it was never used on a previous account before, has it?
Call 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device/line and ensure your account is ACTIVE, or check on My Account to ensure there are no messages.

@KKKA What kind of phone are you installing it in? Is it unlocked? Is it a Canadian phone? Need just a little more info here.
Edit: This may sound dumb but it happens more often then you think. Did you install the SIM card correctly and not upside down? 🙂

@KKKA you might need to get a new sim card.
But before you do so, login My Account , go to Profile page , check if the sim card number matches
if matches, then likely the sim is faulty, get a new one from:
Once you got the sim card, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
Then go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request
