I recently returned from Europe and now need to re-enter my SIM pin for my Public Mobile SIM. I can't get anywhere without talking to a service agent. Please help. Blair

@VanHalla so, it's a sim card pin? did you ever use one? Usually if you have set a sim card PIN, you need to enter it every time you reboot the phone. Have you been doing that?

Dabr solved it. The default PIN code for a Public Mobile SIM is 1234. Done. Fixed. Thanks, Dabr

iPhone, so not that's not it.
I think I just need the correct PIN for this SIM and Dabr said the default PIN is 1234 so I'll pop out the SIM card(hopefully to reset my number of tries) and give it a shot.
Thanks

Hi Dabr,
I'm not changing my SIM but I had a Spanish SIM for about a week, now just going back to my Canadian one.
I had to put the PIN in for my changed SIM so now I have to put my Public Mobile PIN in again.
I just can't find any literature with it on it. It would have likely just been entered by the vendor when I bough the SIM card in the first place.
I've tried a couple of pins so far and have one try left, so don't want to chance it. I may just pop out the SIM card again and hopefully reset my tries then try 1234 to see if that works. Thanks.

@VanHalla Are you changing SIM card for your account? That can be done by logging into your self serve account and selecting the Change SIM option on the right hand side of the overview page and then follow prompts and also select the method (email/text) for PM to send verification.
If your account was suspended for 90 days without payment, then it would have been deactivated and number lost in which case you need to activate a new account with a new number with a new SIM card.
Here's a link for activating new account: https://activate.publicmobile.ca/
Links to submit a ticket to customer support via chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Or private message CS_Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Reading the other replies not sure if you are wanting a PUK code or trying to change SIM cards. Also the default PM SIM code is 1234.

@VanHalla what was the exact message? There are different kind of sim PUK depends on the error message.
And what brand is your phone? Samsung??
