I'm trying to replace my friend's SIM card. He has a new one, but how can he confirm his identity, when, after he somehow managed to log in, and go to "replace a SIM card", it asks him to confirm his identity again and doesn't give him an option for PIN number to be sent to his email, only his phone, ant its lost together with a SIM card???

This chatbot is so annoying and doesn't help at all, it just keeps going in circles with it"s anwsers! It suggests to contact an agent, but how to contact them????

if it click Didn't receive code or Resend code, any option to send via Voice Message?  If there is such option, he can call himself using another phone to get the Pin.  Call himself from another phone, click * to interrupt the voice greeting and enter the phone number

but if he cannot get the code that way, he will have to ask PM to help

Since he cannot properly login, he won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, he will need to message them here:
