My data plan covers usage in USA. If I travel to there, how to keep the data work? Do I need to turn on the Roaming?

yes, you need to enable Roaming data on your phone.

When you enter US, you might still get a text message asking you to buy roaming services.  You can simply ignore it as your plan already has that
