The roaming add on i bought isnt working. I have roaming data..but no talk or text. I have this issue very frequently and have been told its the system not recognizing the change. I just was wondering if one of the admins could message me

- You must wait until the first batch of 10 Day US Roaming data times out...then you can get another batch. They won't work if you try to get them as concurrent add-ons.
- Try manually selecting either of T-Mobile or AT&T.

@Ericsparrow56 Which add-on did you buy?
If you cannot see it when logged inmto your account, have your Available funds increased by the add-on cost?

@Ericsparrow56 They won't contact you, you need to initiate it.

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though typically they are much faster. Watch the envelope icon top right for a reply.
