I was so frustrated PM calculated my rewards wrong and I emailed to agent one week ago and he checked everything and said he would pass my case to reward specialist, and also told me be patient to wait someone will reach me, I waited one week and nothing happened so I reached an agent last night again but after I send informations then nothing come back any more 😖
Is there anything other way we can reach someone else to solve the problem?

@Lehaha hi no you have done what you can just keep contacting them every day or two if you are not getting any results
