I put in a refer a friend code when I signed up but I do not see the $10 discount applied to my plan and my son in law is not getting the extra $1 off reward per month applied to his plan.

Your son-in -law should have got a text saying “

Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer A Friend Reward - way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Rewards”.

There will be a $10 credit in your account on your next bill… the credit may take up to 3 days to be in your account.

Does your son sees this on his account:

He should see last 4 digits of your phone IF referral code was properly applied.

@FBarill   Usually the $10 will be deposit in the My Account as Available Fund for the newly activated account within 72 hours.  Has it been 72 hours yet?

 

If it has not been 72 hours, please wait

if it has been over 72 hours, please open a ticket with PM Support.  Once PM verified, they will add the appropriate amount back to both your account and your son-in-law's.  To open ticket with PM: 

 


1. If you have access to Self-Serve My account: For faster response (2-48 hours) , Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.


2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with above method: you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there
