Earlier this week I created an account for a friend of mine but forgot to use my reference code.

Is there a way to correct this??

I read this the other way around. If the new account created is your friends and the missing referral code is yours then your friend needs to contact customer support to have your referral code added. If you help manage the account and know the account details then you can contact customer support on your friends behalf and ask for it to be added. You will see the $1 or 1 point depending on which loyalty program you have (rewards vs points) added to your rewards account immediately and your friend will see the $10 bonus referral credit added within 72 hours.

@LHM1 Yes, You will need to contact CS_Agent so they can add your referral code. 

Here’s when and how to contact our Customer Support Agents:

  • Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to our Agents. Click here to get started.
  • Alternatively, you can send a private message to our Agents by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

@LHM1   No worry, If it ws a miss, open ticket with PM Support.  They are usually very understanding and will  apply it back for you.

 

To open ticket with PM Support:

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
