I had 12 dollars rewards in my account but it’s not there anymore and it didn’t take it for charging my plan

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and open Browser incognito mode,
sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account, if you found at Available Funds: $ ? has the amount left,
leave it for next bill cycle the will take it from there automatically,
or Explain your issue to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,
they can solve your issue, they are nice service Team the will help you 100%.

What kind of rewards were there? or you meant Available Fund?
You mentioned it didn't take it for changing plan. Did you just request a plan change and did it complete successfully?
Login to My Account, check the Transaction History and it will confirm where the $12 rewards/available fund gone. Or post the screenshot and maybe we can help.

When did you sign up? Did you just go thru your first renewal? Was the $12 from your autopay reward and your $10 bonus referral credit? At renewal pm will take from your available funds first then charge your card if necessary. Check your transaction/payment history.

Do mean the Rewards listed on your self-serve account or Available Funds?

Did you recently change plans? suspend account? Might affect your rewards.
Maybe screenshot your payment history page and overview page for rewards section. Omit any personal information.
