Hello everybody, I need your help today. I noticed last week when I added the freebie add-ons from the more the merrier campaign that my rewards didn't apply when my plan renewed? What should I do about this?

Thanks everybody. I contacted the moderator and they got back to me in the middle of the night. Which was pretty cool. They added my rewards to my balance.

@carlaspapa What didn't renew? You didn't get your loyalty, autopay, community, and referral rewards, or the holiday add-ons aren't there? The add-ons aren't rewards but it says holiday rewards in the ad.

@carlaspapa : You'll either get detail showing the rewards paid in which will simply be added to Available Funds or detail showing system corrections or some such wording which will also get added.

No they're not in my transaction history and I had to pay my full amount last week when I renewed. It's a good thing I didn't have to depend on them to pay my bill or I would have been suspended! Okay thanks I'll report back when I talk to a moderator.

You can try that, yes.
I suspect they will ensure that the rewards which were not applied to the last renewal will be added to your available balance (assuming they are not there now), thus further lowering the amount of your NEXT renewal payment.

Thanks for all your responses. I was having trouble with my phone and my friend was helping me so it's possible that they did something like lost- stolen that seems to ring a bell I will phone them and find out if they did. So I guess the next thing to do is to contact the moderator and ask them to apply the rewards?

Did you possibly use the Lost/stolen function sometime in your last term?
That "bug" has returned. You need to ask the mods to make it right.

Hi @carlaspapa
This should have no impact on your rewards being applied to lower your renewal amount.
Check your View Payment History to confirm that rewards were not credited to last renewal period and also check your current available balance to see if they added there. (which means they will further reduce the amount of your next renewal)
What happened to me on the last renewal was similar. On the day PRIOR to my account renewal, a payment was charged to my payment card for the full amount of the plan. As such, the rewards which would have lowered the auto-pay did not occur, so they add to available balance to lower the NEXT auto-pay. To date, Public Mobile has not been able to explain by what process this payment occurred, and I do not recall manually making one.

The free add-ons don't effect your rewards. Which rewards are you missing. Remember you still hafta pay taxes when your plan renews itself.
