Hi, recently noticed my monthly bill increased by exactly the difference of my rewards plus tax. I logged in and checked the rewards tab and my rewards are still there but when I check the payment history the rewards are no longer being credited to my account for some reason. It only just started this last billing cycle. Can anyone suggest what the problem may be?

@mark001 , is probably an issue with the payment system not picking up so that rewards properly. I had that happen in my renewal a week ago. I suggest seeking moderator team assistance to correct it.
