I redeemed 20 points for 3 GB data 3 days ago. The transaction shows in the list of "Recent Activity", but the reward has not been applied.

What to do?

using your laptop, log in to your account...you should see Overview...look right to see Add-on Usage...scroll down to see if the 3GB's of  15 Day US Roaming Data add-on has been added / used.

With this to purchase a US roaming add-on or did you intend to purchase extra data for use while in Canada?

If you feel the wrong method of payment was used and the add-on is not what you expected, ask customer support to get involved.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here to create a support ticket, then type Customer Support Agent, then Contact Us,  or
  2. Send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
